I'm sure this has already been covered, but I couldn't find it for the life of me.

If anyone could post or PM me the AirTran pay rates, I'd appreciate it.

Also, they are based on a 70 hour guarantee, right?

Thanks.

Those rates are correct. The average line pays 84.6 hours. Pay starts Day 1. Per diem is $1.75 TAFB average seems like around 260 for the lines I bid. Mostly 3 and 4 day trips, 12-18 days off/month. Company contribution to retirement is 10.5%.

Thanks for the info, Ty.

Do you know what the plan is for hiring this summer?? Anyone out there interviewing anytime soon?

Just a small correction.
The 2nd and 3rd year rates listed are for people on thier 2nd and 3rd year today.
For newhire:
second year (Apr 2004) is 55.94
and 3rd year pay is not negotiated yet, since the contract expires in 2004, but according to present scale the 3rd year Fo in 2005 would be over 61 and 3rd year capt in 2005 should top 107

It looks as if we will put about 7-11 pilots through class every 3 weeks or so. I have heard a total of 180-200 pilots hired for the year, with 64 hired so far this year (as of April 24th).
