I am not defending the amount of money we spend on illegal aliens, however, the fact remains that the reason our dollar is at it lowest valuation ever is due to this administration's willingness to fund the two wars we are in by printing more cash. Simple economics, supply goes up and the price declines...

And how much did the attack on 9/11 cost the airline industry? Or better yet, how much did it cost the entire country?

Iraq happened again because we didn't have the stomachs to get rid of Saddam the first time around. It happened again because the weak international community and UN didn't stay in country to get their job searching for WMD done. Afghanistan had to happen because that's where Al-Quaeda was. Great post-- if the Democrats were smart enough, you'd think the would've gotten Florida right this time around, instead, they stepped on their "members" again!!!

Hans Blix the UN Chief weapons inspector said over and over again he did not view Iraq as a threat and if they (Iraq) did have WMD they were of little threat; in comparison to other regimes.

How could the UN do "their job" in regard to finding WMD when there were none?????

If he used them against his own people don't you think he might someday be inclined to use them on another enemy? The problem I have is with us being world police. Was Saddam a bad guy? Absolutely!! Did he do terrible things to his people? Yeah, he did. Was it our job to remove him from power? I don't think so. How about his neighbors, how about an internal revolt? How about the murders and intimidation that happen all-day, every day in Africa? Doesn't really seem to suit us there, even though the same and worse is happening. I'm sure some of you guys have been to the middle east. Step back and ask yourself, knowing what you know of the culture there, if you really think at this time, that democracy has a chance in most countries of the middle east. If you really think about it, you might be surprised at what you find. I am not a left-wing lib donkey, and I am not a right-wing neo-conserv. I just look at things as objectively as I can, and it seems to me we only want to help or liberate oppressed people when it aids in our agenda. Flame away!!!
