It does have stall warning as well as stall protection, however the side stick controller does not have a shaker or pusher.

Those functions are covered by the flight control computers and provide several levels of protection depending on which control law you are in.

Getting your head around the control laws is different but not really hard. try: http://www.airbusdriver.net/ if you want to know more.

Screw all that computerized crap. When I was still in the Bus, I'd always turn those silly FACs off and fly it like a real airplane.

"Hey y'all...watch this!"

The reason for the crash was the plane hit the trees.

Couldn't resist....bored.

Anyway, if I remember correctly, I think the a/c entered one of the low speed protection modes and the PIC could not get it to climb (it won't picth up thinking you are trying to increase AOA) thus hitting some stuff.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong!

A moderator that does not know how to use google or the search function, that's some funny stuff. Just busting your chops dude.

Haha, search what's that? I guess It was coming..
You see there is a fundamental difference between my policy on searching and what some consider normalcy. Keeping questions answered on our board keeps FI's traffic alive. Having high traffic keeps this board here for everyone.

You see, now we have the link to the accident info. Now this thread is a one-stop shop.

BTW, thx.

Is there any stick feedback?
Sure. It auto-trims which gives it light feel on the controls until you exceed the normal bank or pitch limits. Then it stops auto trimming and you feel how heavy it is (and it wakes you up to let go of the stick and stop screwing up!).
