<div class="bbWrapper">All the manuvers I have seen or done at airshows are the same manuvers we do on a very normal basis. Gun pattern, Tactical formation, weapons patterns, the carrier break. <br /> <br /> It&#039;s all the same thing we do in resticted areas, at airshows we just do it in front of a crowd. NO BIG DEAL TO US, but can provide a thrill to the public. <br /> <br /> The airshow demonstration teams obviously have more practice time and have a set routine, but as far as the normal flyby stuff, we do that at the carrier for the troops all the time. It gets them siked up and makes them feel a little more part of the team. This 757 flyby could have been just that.</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">I wonder if they considered the dynamic loading on the fan sections and pylons as well as the potential for compressor stall as they slice it off in a 90 at the top....just wondering. I&#039;ve done that sort of thing in the sim a number of times over then years in the 757, 767 and A-310. It&#039;s lots of fun, all the kick but none of the potential consequences. We used to roll it up in a 90 degree bank to go between the twin towers and then flatten it out to fly under the Verazanno Bridge. Just flying between points of light in cyberspace.</div>
