    TWA lawsuit update?

TWAdude, Thanks for the update. Any idea what "post-trial motions" are?

    Twa pilots vs alpa

Kali, You were either part of alpo and kept your mouth shut while this went down, or you joined alpo after the fact and were aware of the potential down side. Regardless, alpo needs to pay for their intentional failure of DFR. I am sorry if you are assessed for the lack of integrity of the...

Near Collision on Ground at Midway

I wonder how the SWA haters will spin this to make SWA look bad??? Good job to the crew.

    The American crawl is back....

not to mention the safety issue here. I sure hope aa does not need to abort a take-off after heating the brakes up for 30 minutes...don't think the jet will stop as well. That is reason enough to pull over and make up reasons you can't depart, not to mention screwing your fellow aviators and...

    TWA lawsuit update?

Looking for an update for the TWA pilots lawsuit. Thanks.

    Alpa

Um, excuse me, but there is that pesky lawsuit that alpo lost...all because national misled the TWA pilots. National marches to the beat of a different drummer as compared to the locals they supposedly represent.

    Steve Chase is being recalled.

Your post is ignorant and classless.

    SWA/AAI SLI agreement in principle.

    ....except for alpo

    Today's USA Today (July 22), Page 5b

No I don't, nor did I say I did. I said I find it hard to believe that a union would put out an ad that inflammatory w/o there being some merit to the discussion. Mind you I am not particularly a union advocate. But, until USAIR mgt puts out their side, I will stick with my view point. Sounds...

    Today's USA Today (July 22), Page 5b

Never mind. My family won't be on a USAIR jet anytime soon. I find it hard to believe that your union would buy an ad like that and not be factual. So easy to disprove...go ahead and do so. By the way, I will default on the side of safety every time. What about you?

...but apparently her F/O and two other CREWS felt the same way. Maybe you should reconsider.

    SWA/AAI SLI agreement in principle.

Jball, Unless you can verify and absolutely trust your source, I would chock this email up to complete and utter BS. Care to reveal your source? If it is "someone" on pprune, need I say more?
  14. swa737-700

    SWA/AAI SLI agreement in principle.

Thanks Jball. Because it sucks if it is accurate. Unsat as is, but I believe this is a bunch of BS.

Can you hook me up as well? Thank you.

    SWA/AAI SLI agreement in principle.

Sounds like the Transition Agreement. AT agreed to the plan and then decided not to agree. What is going on in that union? The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!! I'm not surprised. Embarrassing. If what you are saying is true, perhaps SWAPA's statement is a warning shot...

    AMR orders 460 Airplanes

Since supp CC only allows the former TWA pilots to fly certain airframes, it sounds like aa will suffer an unintended consequence of DH'ing TWA pilots all over the system so they can fly the 767.

    SWAPA might like SWA proposal

Tankerhead, My statement was no reflection of the AT pilot group, and I apologize if that is how it was taken. As a matter of fact, it is refreshing to see the posts (from both sides) on these threads moderating. And yes, we should all stay classy, and leaking info prior to the SWA and AT...

    SWAPA might like SWA proposal

Why do the AT union guys feel at liberty to divulge the AIP particulars? If the SWA guys are not releasing info, I assume that was the ROE when the meeting adjourned. Not very classy on in my opinion.

    SWA/AAI SLI agreement in principle.

Not quite my friend. They did sell the TWA pilots down the river, and that is why just last week a jury of 12 found alpo guilty of not representing the TWA pilots fairly. In this case, at least you can look at the agreement and vote whether you like it or not. Not so much for the TWA pilots...
