The hearing date was originally set for Nov 4, moved to Dec, and now:

Argument on the post-trial motions will be in January on a date TBA. Those motions include: ALPA's motion for a new trial, ALPA's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and ALPA's motion to decertify the class.

All motions are fully briefed and we are confident that we will prevail and proceed to the damage phase.

Ideally the Judge will hold a discovery conference in January, following the argument, to set a scheduled for discovery and the submission of expert reports.

Just curious as to what each individual pilot could reasonably expect to receive out of this judgement?

3 miller lights and a box of cheezits.

From the United settlement it is public that ALPA has at least $50 million in insurance. That is a good start but I would imagine there are more assets than just the insurance value.

Heck the need for a surety bond alone could bankrupt ALPA. If the TWA pilots prevail and get anywhere close to what they are asking for one has to wonder how ALPA will stay "in business"

Brother that is what assessments are for. ALPA just has to make an assessment of 3k per ALPA member and call it good. Good luck to the TWA pilots , ALPA sucks.

They are the job killing machine. No one can do it better.

I believe Moak has stated publicly that he will not do that. Hell a lot of ALPA members were not even members, hell some werent even pilots, in 2000-01 when all of this was going on.

If ALPA attempts to assess current members for this, the de-cert bell will be ringing EVERYWHERE and ALPA knows this.
