A good start...The union IS working hard to get what we want....its time for the pilots to get active.
Just heard from training here in Houston that they are not going to wait till September to resume hiring and will increase the number of classes in July. Specific numbers weren't give but it sounds like they are expecting a minimum of 2 or 3 classes for July.

Anyone heard if this is still a possibility? This is not intended to be flame bait, we have a UAL Captain in our squadron that says that UAL pilots are still talking about this as a psooibility in the next year or two.
I have have heard of guys going to 3-4 of these before getting even called for an interview and was wondering if they were a necessary evil. Are going to these conventions worth the time and money? If so can anyone send a link for them.
