    Skybus Loads

Saw this article today and was surprised by their 80% load factor this summer. http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB119492449507790985.html Seemed like he tried to portray them in an overall positive light. I hope people would hate being nickle and dimed for everything and constantly...

    SWA call times

For the March interviewees: How long was it from the time SWA called you for the drug screen until you were officially notified that you were in the pool?

    SWA Decision Board

Does anyone know for sure if SWA had a decision board on the 5th. If so, how did you substantiate it? Also, previously the rumor was they only got to 100 or so pilots form March. Was this a make up board or did they get to some (or all) of the April interviewees? Thanks.

    SWA type rating requirement question

I wanted to know when the type rating requirement went away at SWA. When I was applying at United back in late 1998, I am pretty sure SWA still required a type to apply. It seems like it was between late 98 and the summer of 99. Does anyone know for sure. Thanks.

    JAA vs. FAA license

Does anyone know if a FAA ATPL license allows you to work in the UK or Europe? Most jobs over there require a JAA license. I talked to an FAA guy in my 737 Type class and he thought an FAA and JAA license were interchangeable. Any insight.

Does anyone know if ATA is handing out apps more freely? I sent a resume in Sep and received an app a few days later. I just did a type rating course at Higher Power and a just retired C-130 guy had the same thing happen. I saw the same thing from another guy on an earlier post. Just...
