Jfk. Can't go to the gate and get on. Have to go to a service counter and wait in line. Also you have to prelist on the phone which is taking 1-2 hours. Jumping last minute is now impossible!
I have been telling JB Guys everytime. Called JS Cord. Today. Had an AA guy on today who told me they are considering what to do also. It is unacceptable as is. I don't want to stir up trouble, I have truly appreciated the way I have been treated by JB for many years, better than Delta...
Just missed another ride home because of their new system! That's twice in as many weeks. I really like the pilots I haul, but I think the only way to fix this is to stop hauling them, at least too work until their Mgt. Feels the pain and fixes this. Any thoughts?
I will do my part to make sure that the company misses you. The cold an flu season is approaching and i am sure others will make sure that the company can't operate as planned. I hope DELTA chokes on it!
I realize this has nothing to do with the pilots from either company. But it has everything to do with Delta as a company. This is just one more reason not to make any effort to ensure those 50 delta connecting passengers make there connection. Let Delta buy there Hotels. Its not my company...
I would think most will commute. No moving expenses will be incurred. That's why I wondered about who will go. Anyone who wanted to work in NY would already be there. I think almost everyone will be forced to go. That being said I can see people doing whatever it takes to avoid the horrible...
Good luck getting all those commuters to JFK. They are going to have to run an employee shuttle every morning. Can Captains opt for the right seat to stay in CVG or are they locked and forced to change planes and bases? I am wondering if it is worth it for some not to commute and take the pay...
Any thoughts on how senior CVG will end up when they do the big shift. I am thinking some guys will trade seats or equipment not to go to NY. This could really mix things up at Comair.
Not Looking Good
I was recently donwgraded also. Looking at the senority numbers, Comair could potentionally be a "ALL CAPTAIN (4 bars)" airline by this Summer. Who would have thunk it.
Consider the source. Most of these door knobs should be flight attendants but they don't qualify so they become regional pilots. I hate my job!!!!!!!!!!!
