Do we really know what the net increase will be? Is the early out really going to get some of the senior citizens off the top. I just worry about possible loopholes with these scope "improvements"
My question has always been, if we sign this thing is it effective immediately? Or does it take effect on Jan. 1? I know it's a few months away from a potential ratification, however if the company wants this done so bad it should take immediate effect!
