Which is better to get to a major?
Another bit of advice: Pick the job you can see yourself doing for an extended period of time. You never know whats going to happen in this world. At least, if the hiring shuts down for whatever reason, you'll be in a job you enjoy for X amount of years. -

How old are you? If you're in your 20's, I'd say go to Skywest and upgrade in a few years. There are places who prefer 121 PIC. I have 6 potential recommendations (people I've flown with) at Airtran but I don't meet their mins because all my turbine PIC is part 135. Hopefully that will change... -

True. My 90% figure comes from the interview only. Also, the process is about 1.5 years long. It all just depends on what you want and how bad you want it.- rk772
