I disagree, I think ALPA was once a great union, and still is when it comes to safety related stuff. I think they could do better with rest requirements, but all in all good stuff. The problem comes in with recent history, when the top tier of ALPA brass changed the rules to keep their pay up... -

No not at all, but one must blame this on the guilty party. I know it's the "thing to do" on this board to blame USAPA for everything, but this flow proposal, if it is accurate, had nothing to do with USAPA. They along with the WO guys in attendance, basically just listened to the company. -

I was just sitting here reading this stuff and I had to chuckle. This same individual, that paid for his job, thereby preventing another pilot from being hired. He directly lined the pockets of management and the expense of another pilot, has the nerve to throw around the word scab. -

I am of the opinion that if the fences are up, the furloughs should come from the side that had the cuts. So if cuts are made East than the furloughs should be East pilots, and it should remain that way until the fences are down. So what is your next excuse about how the East wants your job? -
