    Don't forget about SCOPE! The rest of your contract might look fine and dandy on paper until you realize you've forgotten about scope. Keep the potential 100 seaters within the airgroup one way(AS) or another(QX).

    It seems to me that the age 65 law was passed a few months before the airlines started to furlough. I don't think anyone could have predicted airlines were going to be furloughing in the first quarter of say. . . 2009. I don't believe anyone over the age of 65 is taking jobs from our brothers...

    HAL interisland jumpseat

    This was my experience as well. I even got seated in First Class on my flight from HNL back to the mainland. Everyone at Hawaiian was great to me as a jumpseater.
