What, the planes will be flown by computers, the company will fold, what are you talking about? I think as long as NJA has aircraft, they will want pilots to fly them, unless they decide to mount them on display stands outside FBOs and on the lawns of rich folks. Why do you think NJA will not need pilots?

Just went through Company Recurrent.....senior VP's admitted the problem is in CMH....not the line pilots. The pilots' approval is still the highest in all the company. 52% turn over in Customer Service....Thanks Goodness we don't run our cockpits thew way they run the Casino and Easton.

I'll third that. The last two Comp recurrents, the management line has been, "we know we have problems here (CMH) and we're trying to fix it".

It is just a tactic to unarm and deflect. At least now they're getting blank stares.

On a serious question, WHEN do you (Netjets pilots) expect ask to be released from mediation and begin your 30 day cooling-off period?

After a lengthy recess the NMB releases the IBT 1108 and the Company to "self help" The Union calls for a vote to ACTUALLY strike.
The vote passes by 80% plus or minus 10% (serious business walking off your job, so the numbers could be a surprise to either/both sides)
The Pilots begin the strike 30 days after release.
The company responds with a lockout. EJM and NJI go to 125% mode, ALL management pilots start flying every day. Massive Sell Offs, Massive Hiring of "replacement pilots" Perhaps 0%, perhaps 30% cross the line,(please don't try to resurrect that dead horse, scab list) the pressure is building every week.
After an unknown length of time(perhaps months and months) a compromise agreement is reached........OR NOT.....

Not without violating Scope clause ...

Who are they going to get to fly the planes? Thats a lot of type ratings to produce.

Probably easier to get released and fire all the pilots. Then hire scabs and whatever number of line crossers they hope for.
