Dude, if you're reading,

Don't think of it as "supporting the union." We know you won't do that and I get it.

Think of it as sending a message that NEEDS to be sent in an effort to FIX this place before it implodes.

Savvy?

I am thinking about the "no confidence" vote. I think there are several things CMH does wrong, but some things they do right. If you think it will do some good, I will vote for it. Not as just a symbolic thing to embarrass Warren.

Please for the love of god list what they are doing right! I would love to hear your list.

Dear god man get some balls. Have you noticed how many vp's have left in the last couple of weeks oh yeah and one president.

At least they had the balls to make a statement. You can't even click support on an email link.

But please tell us about the things they are doing right and how you don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

It will do some good. Unless and until Hansell is GONE, this entire operation is at risk.

As Diesel pointed out, there is virtually NOTHING our CEO has done right. If Bill's departure didn't tell you all you need to know about where the problem is, you aren't paying attention.

The new planes seem to be a good fit for our operation. The FAA gives us very high marks for our safety and maintenance. The metrics we constantly track are a good thing, although we all have problems with the separation of various department functions as though they are each assembling different mechanical parts to a car or something. I still am getting contented feedback from our owners. Warren treats us better than any other investor entity would, because he feels NJA has a beneficial synergy with his other holdings.

Don't forget the CMH FSDO is the most corrupt per the FAA employee friend who knows a guy who may or may not frequent this board. That in itself negates the good safety and maintenance reputation that 95% of our pilots think we have. It doesn't sound like you're aware of all the pencil whipping that goes on in the maintenance world. How dare you spread rumors of good safety and maintenance records.
