Does anybody find it ironic that the "TWA DUDE" is counting on APA to fairly take care of him? I guess he is already planning the next lawsuit. How much did you net out of the ALPA suit?

APA owes a DFR to all. Not true in the TWA merger. The average east hole still doesn't understand the difference. Thats why you're not getting a protocol agreement.

The protocol agreement is a contractual matter not a DFR matter. Watch. :)
 
It appears a stalemate was reached with apa and ucrapa. Apparently apa wants complete domination style ball gag in mouth I'm gonna shove this merger up your asse control.
 
Still waiting for my USAPA update about how they are equals to APA going forward...4/15 should be USAPA's going out of business day if I was betting.
 
Of course there isn't going to be a protocol agreement. USAPA has always been WAY too stupid and WAY in over their meager little heads. The judicial system bent over backwards to let them figure out how to be a real, legitimate union. They failed. Silver threw them to the wolves. They should just turn off the lights now and save the impending humiliation.
 
For several weeks, your Merger Committee has been collaboratively working towards a protocol agreement with APA to guide negotiations for the Seniority List Integration (SLI) going forward. Unfortunately at the last minute, APA insisted on a significant change that would radically change the process you accepted a year ago through ratification of the MOU. Regrettably, because of this change, we now find ourselves at an impasse.

A protocol agreement is intended to establish basic ground rules for the SLI process. We had come to consensus on almost everything contained within the various drafts that had been exchanged between the parties over the past several weeks. With little notice, APA?s Merger Committee demanded USAPA allow APA and the Company the option to modify the Protocol Agreement should APA be certified as the sole bargaining representative by the NMB. In effect, APA wants the ability to negate agreements made in the past, after it has been certified as the single bargaining representative. Changing rules like this would create an unfair situation and subvert the McCaskill-Bond process which was enacted to prevent unfair merger practices that have occurred in the past.

Your USAPA Merger Committee has refused to agree to this demand. With Legal Counsel, we are reviewing all available options to protect you in this process. We will keep you updated on further developments.

I have jumped on four AA flights in the last two days. Every AA pilot says they expect an arbitrated list with the arbitrator taking inputs from USAPA, APA and West pilots. They all say APA will not let USAPA push them into the same s h i t hole DFR situation USAIR has been in the last 5 years.

USAPA is the legally bargaining agent for west pilots. There is now way APA can dictate east west matters. They need to but out!
APA is way out of bounds with there attempt to change agreements after the fact. USAPA is NOT dumb, we know what the AA holes want to do. Thats no secret and we will fight the AA holes every step of the way!!!

USAPA isn't the legal bargaining agent of anyone or anything much longer. It's a rotten whore's corpse ready for the fire...and the APA is holding the matchbook.

APA has gone beyond there scope and will be sued if they try to shut USAPA out of the SLI process. MB was created just because of this group of AAhole pilots. We are protected from them because of the law that was created because of them!!!
USAPA is going to pass a DOH list over to the APA and they will merge the combined East and west DOH list with APA in a relative seniority order West goes to the bottom where you all belong. Loosers!

So in your first paragraph you talk about how MB was created to protect you from the APA. Next paragraph you talk about how you're going to screw the west and nobody can stop you. Isn't there a saying about some goose and a gander?

Sorry "looser", but you've just had your ass kicked. Pick your tooth up off the ground and go home sobbing to mommy. Silver interprets MB way differently than USKABBA does. Your fake union proved it never intended to fairly represent the West despite all the warnings to do so. You're going to end up wishing you took the Nic and the $250,000.00 dollars this illegal goose chase cost you.

Seriously, after being on furlough all those years, US Air was still the best job you could get? Sad.
