I fly to make money. And at your advanced age, I would think that you would have learned the difference between "to" and "too" by now.
Merry Christmans, sse wwhat a college degreeand faat fingers can do for you

Yip has life completely backwards, and has no idea...
No I don't I just have it different than you and that is the American way, well at least for right now Goes back to my approach to this career. , "Expect nothing and you will never be disappointed? I know it sounds like having no drive, ambition or goals, but that is not the case. There is so much in this business you have absolutely no control over, these effect your job. To fret unnecessarily over those things causes ulcers, it is not worth it. Getting depressed over stupid things that you have no control over is not worth it. By expecting nothing, it will always be better than nothing. Life is a ball.

What a depressing philosophy.

What a depressing philosophy.

Nothing depressing about going with the flow. It gives you the freedom to go forward with your life rather than looking over your shoulder and crying over what might have been.

Remember: Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Have you heard of the Serenity Prayer?

"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can change, and the wisdom to know the difference."

Merry Christmas!

The problem with that philosophy is the belief that you can't change things that you really can change.

Selling apathy as always yip.

Should be a slogan: "if you can manage to not give a f^ck, fly yip! You'll regret it, but only if you care too much."

Merry Christmas yip - sincerely glad you're happy. But not apologizing that it took a bit more for my own happiness.

Thanks, and Merry Christmas to you also, life is too short to spend any time being unhappy, no matter what your level of personal expectations that determines happiness.

Unhappiness is a motivator. It forces you to strive for something better. Sad when someone decides to simply settle.

All any of us have in life is time. That's it. Money comes and it goes. Take your turn at what you do in life and pass it on. Don't hoard away. I know you say you love your life Yip, and that's great, but I promise you're a lot less entertaining than you think. All life's endeavors are better off when they evolve. Aviation industry in our Country is unhealthy because we have backlog of workers like yourself, who are too sure the we all need to hear you talk and watch you work.
