I am not sure why that's so unusual, I was mid seniority at XJT and the WORST line I got all year had 14 days off, giving on average 16-17 days off after line improvement. Had 25 days off in vacation months (paid for 75h hours). That's 220 days off NOT including sick days and INCLUDING days that i picked up for 200% pay. Still credited over 1000 hours pay in the year.
Has the ASA MEC produced any information/studies AT ALL about the system that XJT has or about any other PBS system for that matter?
