Bless your heart.

Why bring disgruntled employees on board when you can have those who are willing to buy a type and interview as many as 3+ times to be given the right seat. These individuals are more motivated and thankful for a seat. I see nothing but hubris and unearned demands and entitlement from your group.

Just a sign of improper staffing. This keeps Jr. Capts and F/Os on reserve while senior guys suck up the premium pay trips.

Add up all the premium pay trips, divide by line average and that's the number of guys either being kept on reserve or not getting hired.

You must know it all.

Just shows what you know. At SWA reserves have to be used before premium trips are awarded.

So when will the interview calls go out ???

Maybe 2016 or 2017 after the economy improves and the jetBlue acquisition is complete. In other words don't hold your breath. Just my opinion. I hope I'm wrong.

Come on Ghetto... Get in the loop....

Which loop? The wishful thinking one that says we will grow or the realistic one? I hate to interject facts into Flightinfo as it may be a violation of the TOS but November lines are at minimum, the economy sucks, and we are integrating with a carrier that is overstaffed by our manning model. We have a vote going on that our CEO really wants to pass and the illusion of growth increases the odds that this will pass. I guess it's possible that we hire but I don't see the need. I'm not saying don't apply because the job here is great. I'm just saying I wouldn't hold my breath until we start hiring again.
