Ok, 717 guys don't go over Untill to 2013. So how does that hurt 717 guy? You should pissed at magnificent 7, who brought all this sh!t on us.
Are you Stupid or something? 717 guys don't Start going over till mid-2013 and finish going over late 2014 and that is an IF, because SWA is allowed to change that time line.

And then the kicker all 717 guys make AAI pay until 2015. Thats 4 years on B scale pay. Thanks GK! I love your version of the "Golden Rule".

New hire at SWA gets a 737 slot. In 2014 he is making 101ish an hour. In 2014 our 717 guys will make a lot less. Get it? In 2015 it's all under the bridge.

I'm mad at the mag seven and all our pilots egging them on. You know the guys who "thought it would go straight to mediation" or RM spewing BS until he hit Dallas then realized he wasn't that smart.

It would almost be worth a NO to see those guys hit the street. The marriages fail, kids yanked from private school, the reality of the job market... Excited for it to be over.

And in 2015 you will come over with all your longevity and the pay and benefits it brings.

I think Gary offered you a lot more the first time. Who do you have to thank for losing that?

You are obsessed w/ your hate towards SWA. Some counseling might help.

You never did say who you fly for, Are you to embarrassed to say?

I am sure pay cuts are around the corner, as our new markets to the Caribbean, Hawaii, and elsewhere will be lose leaders :)

Again, who do you fly for?

He flys for Polar Air Cargo. That should explain everything.

Sorry, new here to this cat fight, with little information;). But will the new hires displace the AT 717 guys and recieve their pay or are those guys (AT 717) seat locked until 2013??

Really good question. 717 wont start going over till 1/2013. So any new hire in 2012 will be on the 737. So no B scale for new hires. After that ???????????????????? All subject to change without notice.

thanks for the info golfer. Guess better catch up the logbook. Again.

The application is extremely generic. It screens from your resume so there is no break down of flight time in the application. I think they send an application supplement to those chosen to interview which goes into much more detail.

Buddy don't fault SWA for the AAI MEC leadership and the reality that this integration is not fair. As a SWA pilot ... bend over.... and .... welcome to the new reality.

You have to have the 737 type to apply now?

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION:

U.S. FAA Airline Transport Pilot with B-737 Typerating.

Nope just for class, its on the qualifications part of the app. Although I don't know anyone last time around that got an interview that didn't have the type.........

Resume'

This may be a dumb question but would you submit an original resume' or use the resume' wizard on the website? I don't have the 737 type rating so I'm a long shot anyway but it's hard to justify spending almost $7,000 for a maybe.
