You know, 5 pages of absolute crap could have been avoided if someone had just mentioned the truth. That SWA are paid flight trip credit, not by actual block. So, it's in their best interest to take shortcuts once airborne. Or to taxi a little quicker than the other mainline aircraft around them.

Good call. There is NO incentive to pad time at SWA like those on an hourly system. Too, the SWA guys are highly motivated to maintain sched, make it work, make money for the airline and themselves. American capitalism is a wonderful thing. Better to part of it than be jealous of it.

Dude, really? What the he!! do you care? You fly your airplanes, and we'll fly ours, how about that? Oh, and we'll make an a$$ load of money flying ours...moron.

ATR..will you plz post pics of your watch, house, car, wife, boat, etc. Oh yeah, also, your a$$hole certification diploma.

You arrogant little pri&@k.

Yeah, well you're an ignorant hypocrite.

Question: How much strike pay did you get out of ALPA? Did you ever pay any strike assessments? My Dad, the one you're sure is a scab, paid his last assessment even after he lost his airline income.

So guys in your generation have to beg off the normal retirement age and you sucked up strike pay like a bunch of sponges. What's next? What else are guys like me going to have to pick up the tab on?

Sacha: You are the ultimate boomer! Let's not forget that you brought epic stagnation to SWA with your age change stunt as well. Say, Singapore, right? Eight years you say? Isn't that just about the exact amount of time you need to stay at that gig to keep from paying income tax to Uncle Sam? I'm going to check with my accountant. I think I should be able to write you off as a dependent.

Seriously, tell me. Did you get strike pay?

Dick for brains,
You work for Continental. Keep your eyes down. Go to work.....and STFU.

Oh....by the way....you don't make enough money to need an accountant.

Spoiled Brat....

I'm pretty sure you have a HUGE portrait of yourself standing next to your C-23 SHERPA with your Tom Cruise sunglasses on. Did you have your helmut under your arm while giving a thumbs up?

I'll bet you were driving a red Pacer too....

Sacha: "eyes down, go to work" eh? That's probably good advice. I'll do it. But I want you to know, that 30 year old scab list you carry around is meaningless. I'm not saying that as someone that sympathaizes with a scab, that's coming from the offspring of someone who paid your assessments. You can't have a problem with scabs 30 years ago and think there is zero problems with taking a Mulligan on retirement age change. They are different things but the result was the same.

What part don't you get Slaquer? Of course not everybody feels the same way. But for those of us that know history, who once abundantly respected the strikers, it was a slap in the face to see a striker change the retirement age the way he did. And then to not only not have a follow-up plan to help the marginalized (an assurance that was made), but to go on and have zero appreciation for the extra 5 years. Most of these guys weren't going to strike if they didn't get full strike benefits from ALPA ($600/week). There are a lot of strikers, and there are a lot of scabs, but there aren't too many around anymore who paid through the nose on assessments. It's not likely you've met any of them and you don't know their perspective. As far as the UAL guys go, a growing number of them feel the same way. They've watched senior guys who sold out scope, wrecked the pension, and sued ALPA for 40 mil take their extra five years and bump from airplane to airplane and avoid the real cuts. It is complete BS! Most of the old guys know it too. They are the ones with their "eyes down going to work", hoping not too many figure out what crocks of siht they are. Scab or striker makes no difference these days. Both will steal everything they can.

Well, since a lot of that group has between 10 to 20 years left, and your man Obama is making the mess he "inherited"...a huge F,ing mess, coupled with your future new Union, the United Pilots Association, I'd say your screwed......
