SOLD OFF!....IBT has no one left to lie to. Remember, no F9er's are allowed to participate in the thugocracy known as the Truck Drivers Union. APPROVED BY VOTES FROM THE RAH RANK AND FILE!!!! Seems fair? Turn your contract enforcement over to the Dumpstah's Union, Know the FAR's? Now you really KNOW the RAH Contract....oh, and no JA.....Nice work after SIX YEARS????? Run along boys, BB needs a PONY ride.....

Remember, no F9er's are allowed to participate in the thugocracy known as the Truck Drivers Union. APPROVED BY VOTES FROM THE RAH RANK AND FILE!!!!

Has the NMB declared a single union representative for the Frontier and Republic pilots? Until that happens, the Teamsters are solely responsible for representing the Republic pilots and FAPA is solely responsible for representing the Frontier pilots.

It would seem like a huge conflict of interest to allow a Frontier pilot to be part of the Republic union until the Teamsters are legally responsible for representing the Frontier pilots.

What exactly was your point because maybe I misunderstood?

I cannot believe this is serious.

You FAPA folks are drinking some dirty dirty Kool-Aid, from both management AND your representatives.

One list, one voice, one contract. Vote IBT. Period.

That is a lie. I read the contract that Frontier pilots signed in 2007 that allowed for the creaction of Lynx.

http://m.rockymountainnews.com/news/2007/feb/15/frontier-pilots-approve-contract/

Frontier Airlines pilots have voted in favor of a new four-year contract that boosts retirement benefits and helps protect jobs.

The carrier said today that 289 pilots voted for the new contract, while 140 cast bids against it.

The contract will take effect March 1.

"We're pleased that the members have ratified this," said Jeff Thomas, president of the Frontier Airline Pilots Association.

The agreement calls for cost-of-living wage increases, although it also includes future decreases in the pay scale.

For Frontier, the new deal helps boost productivity and lower certain operating costs. The carrier also can use nonunion pilots for its turboprop service, scheduled to start this summer.

The two sides had been negotiating on a new contract for more than a year.

Did you read the CBA or did you read a newspaper article.

Frontier Airlines formed Frontier Airlines Holdings in January 2006. The CBA that is referenced in the above newspaper article was ratified in 2007. Once the company formed FAH, lynx was established.

Nice try though, unfortunately changing the font to bold does not make your inaccurate attempt to change the facts more believable.

How does it benefit the Republic pilots to give the Frontier pilots (a significant minority) equal power in the union that represents both pilot groups.

Please explain how it will benefit everyone on the IMSL if Frontier goes out of business to have a union with 50% control shared by the Frontier pilots while the significant majority of pilots that still holding jobs only retain 50% power.

Read the concept more clearly.

Frontier pilots do not have an equal power in the union.

The Joint Council is made up of 3 pilots from each group, however, the underlying unions still exist.

Frontier pilots still represent Frontier pilots.

357 pilots still represent 357 pilots.

No one takes anything from either side, they only add to the effectiveness that exists today.
