Ya they will, but 6 months sitting at home at 91-98/hr isn't bad......

Considering the West 93/hr is after 15 years....

So Easties, is the logjam clearing? Is this the start of the movement on the East? Let's hope it continues. Does this also mean guys hired into the 190 after the merger and were furloughed (and now recalled) will finally get off the 190?

And before anyone starts, I'm not angry. Some movement would be good for this place, I really hope things pick up on that side.

From a quick glance, it looks like a few of the furloughed guys that got assigned to the 190 are off it.....

I would say it is too early to tell. We'll see what happens in the bid after the summer flying.

I know we work for a stupid company (just ask MCDU), but wow, wouldn't that make 3 training events in one year for some folks if there is a pull down of flying?

Haven't been there that long but I think it happens this way every year. I think many of them are eligible for a short requal training program.

It is stupid enough that the company lets people out of seat locks. There are pilots that have just finished 190 training and will turn around and be back in for group 2. Good deal for them get a 190 type and than a 737 or A320. The 190 is going to be a continous training airplane. I am sure the company is planning well in advance and we just don't see there master plan. What a joke.
