Ace, I don't think your facts are straight. The final interpretation is still to be determined. Better re-read the award.

Recall? Only furloughed pilots get to have the recall term applied to them. The AE pilots that will be coming to AA will be called something totally different and it won't be "recalled pilot".

Better study REAL hard guys! IF you make it through training many of the AA pilots you are jumping ahead of can't wait to fly with you!

Seniority is a bitch isn't it?

AHHH just the kind of talk to start ur BS......LISTEN UP.....First of all , AE training IS harder than AA training....The first group of FB's FAILED Eagle type rides,12 to be exact. Eagle guys are well aware and prepared for BS from u guys....They could probably teach u guys a something.

Also, some FB's did get crap when they came to AE but most were treated with respect, we hope ur professional enough to do the same.

I suggest u get used to having AE pilots at AA.....244 initially, followed by an ADDITIONAL 844 FT's..........SEE you on the line brutha.

Once the 244 pilots from paragraph 2 have been identified, the most senior 35 will transfer to AA in June of 2010. AA may accomplish this transfer in one or two training classes, but must complete the transfer in the month of June.

4. Following the June transfer of the 35 most senior flow‐through pilots who accept transfer, AA will offer recall to all of the pilots furloughed on February 28, 2010.

No, they are only allowed to fly light twins since F. Lee Bailey ascertained they had little flying ability to command those complicated heavy jets.

Are the AE guys getting on the 777??

No. The vacancies available will likely be STL S80 FO and LGA S80 FO with a lock in. In STL, which has the most system vacancies right now due to the 28 Feb furloughs, all AA pilots bid junior to former TWA pilots, so the majority of AA pilots assigned to that base are commuting to reserve 19 days a month.

So for someone on the outside looking in when will AA hire off the street, is this a sign things are picking up or three contracts being interpreted by three different people?

AA still has 1989 pilots on furlough.

The disfunction of AMR is now approaching that of US Air. No danger of AA recalling anytime in the near to mid future, or perhaps ever.

AE training isn't "hard". It just pegs out the "chicken$h!t meter".

The FB's were NOT treated with respect.

Welcome to STL, boys.
