Can someone name a single quality 121 carrier that is non-union?

Having had interaction with most of those companies when I was in the freight biz, I would not consider those operations all that good. Most of the folks I met were not happy..and the equipment was marginal.
Wow, if those are quality 121 carriers. What does that make Delta, AA, United etc
Not to be a jerk, but define "quality" - I prefer flying fractional to any 121 carrier. quality to me is 91K/135. 121 is a bus.
but the blowhards on this board have been telling everybody just how wonderful life at Netjets is. They've been rubbing it in everybody's faces forever.
