Oh it is true they are sending collection agencies after former pilots. Yes this includes us furloughs! If the company forgot to deduct something from your check doesn't matter how long ago they are sending it to collections. Mind you they provide you no evidence to back up their claim.
Actually when they changed the credit laws, it became very easy to report something to your credit. To my knowledge they are using the collection agency to get the money instead of using the already understaffed and overworked payroll department.
How is it a "scam" if you owe them money? Sounds like some of you are trying to "scam" them by not paying something that you owe to them. Quit being such a cheapskate and pay up.

I know things are tough everywhere but its sad to see how far XJT has fallen this past year, ridiculous.

What makes you think it was ever up so high to begin with? Sooner or later, y'all will realize: ALL Regionals suck.

Oh well, if I close my eyes and think hard enough I can picture myself back in SAN with great crews, food, drink, and QOL but then I open them back up and I'm in Lindy waiting for a gate and missing my commute lol.
God I miss the west coast flying

You by chance don't run naked down the street from bars and have the initials HH would you?

The scam is having to pay for your uniforms.
LMFAO!!!You by chance don't run naked down the street from bars and have the initials HH would you?
I think this situation is a fine example of the disturbing lack of professionalism that XJT is rapidly becoming know for throughout the industry. No thought was put into how this would actually affect the people they are going after. If you do not work there anymore I would consider yourself very, very fortunate.
Concur. Do any regionals provide uniforms for their pilots? After all, XJT has the "industry-leading" contract, right?
Care to share a "generic" version of this?
RX:I'll tell you what the scam is!! The scam is having to pay for your uniforms. What a joke! It's not like it is something you can wear on your own time. The companies should be paying for this, not some underpaid RJ FO! My advice, don't pay the bill!! Some scumbag carrier tried pulling this on me and they didn't get 1 red cent!!! They will give up after a while. And they aren't going to pay $1,000 plus dollars on lawyers to take you to court.
