Not to mention when NWA was previously hiring they placed a few Mesaba pilots in each class with the off the street hires. IFLYIMC is just trying to stir the pot. There's no precident for what he is saying.

The CPZ pilots do not have the mandatory 32 months yet - I think the first class was on line in ~ early 07'. I hope we eventually staple the CPZ pilots to the combined list - it's more air beneath the rest of us, as well as realizing the reason they all signed up to begin with - a fast track to a NWA (DAL) Sen#. A win-win as they say. I know a lot of NWA F/O's who might even bid senior E170 Capt. if the rate was good.

Why doesn't somebody pick up the phone and call NWA / DAL and get the facts from an authoritative source? If you have been hired into a pool, then you have every right to know if you should wait for this job, or press on for another position. IMHO you deserve an answer.

I've heard rumors, but writing them here does not help you. You need to know what to do with your career, the clock is always ticking for pilots and seniority is everything.

That is what I thought. I knew there was a time limit at Compass first. If you are in the pool now, hopefully you will be flying a DC9 next year.....

Some of our new hires are in the A320, 757 the 747(SO) which pays better than the 757 FO. Nice try though....

Yes, but you have more than enough DC9 FOs who make less than any other piece of equipment at Delta. And the 747 FE spot is below that on the totem pole. We have no FE slots on our side. And, your first year pay rate (prior to DCC) for anything was $30 an hour, a lot less than ours. Also, we don't have just a 757 pay rate, it includes the "less than super premium" 767 as well.

You have new hires in the 757? How many? When did that happen?

That's what he said. New hires going directly to their heavy "757-300." See......we are "equals" then...

And, they are paid more. Yes, their rate was $30 an hour before the DCC, but, they apparently are paid a lot more, even on reserve. Remember that the NWA guys on the stand also said the rest of their pilots were paid more than we were too, since they used 88 hours for their average, and 79 for ours. Who comes up with this stuff?

Hopefully once the SLI is complete your US vs. THEM mentality will end. Until then, we get your charming comebacks and never ending must have the last word type posts.

Last word post coming......
