It was OK then because the economy wasn't in the tank. At this point, it may be best for all involved at SWA to take a less hard stance. Take a concessionary contract now, and when the economy turns around in few years, then get COLA and whatnot.

Tanker Clown,

You would cross a picket line, wouldn't you. If it was right for you, you wouldn't have a problem being a scab. Right?

The folks at SWA are making money and all they are asking for is COLA. Which is just breaking even. But if the SWA pilots chose to strike, you would gladly take what they have now and a little less.

That is how you read.

It doesn't matter...I hate it , but the clown is right...SWA pilots will vote for whatever is put before them. If only the FA's would negotiate for us...

You guys really shouldn't let TC spool you up. He's a troll. He has some insight into SWA, maybe he has a friend there (I know, TC with a friend, hard to imagine) maybe he is an FA that is a poser, who knows. who cares.

He has about 1 in 100 posts that is worth responding to. The worst part is that some new guy to the forum might take anything he has to say as something other than 100% hokum.

I think it would depend on what your motiviation is. What if I would like to be a check airman or maybe a chief pilot. Crossing a picket line would show the leadership that I'm a team player. I realize that we're playing a lot of "what ifs," but that might be a way to get your name in front of the non union leadership.

frank lorenzo would love this guy

I marvel at TC's performing art. You guys are the people on the sidewalk who just can't walk by without watching him...

What he does...he does very well.

If it bugs you...you need to put him on your blocked list. I don't block anyone, but I have my "internal filter" set at a pretty high threshold.

It worked.

This guys opinions are worthless.

Actually, ALL of us were winners when our FA's got retro pay...considering what they spent it on.
