TH, I agree! How rude... Ironically, Voice could have saved himself much angst had he paid better attention to my posts. In the past when faced with similar rudeness (some from Voice) I invited the poster to put me on his ignore list. It seems that if Voice was as superiorly intelligent as his comments suggests that he would have figured out on his own, long ago, how to de-clutter his screen....

I didn't realize that the Options pilots were so far ahead in their efforts to obtain a contract that they no longer needed encouragement/support from others in the industry. Judging from the PMs I receive, I'll just chalk that up to Voice's own opinion and remember that he doesn't speak for all of the Options pilots.

Options pilots who want a fair contract should care about NetJets because parity is one of your strongest arguments, if not the best. Furthermore, had NJA pilots not taken an interest in the plight of their peers in the industry it is questionable if the Options pilots would be at the bargaining table today. Sadly, an attitude like Voice's can drive support away when clearly Options pilots can use it.

Fudspinners, word-twisters, and out of context quoters should be given the boot.

THOSE WHO STALK OTHER POSTERS SHOULD BE GIVEN THE BLACK BOOT

Written like a true union supporter.

If you don't like the fact that the truth is being continually exposed as I do you when you spit out your union propaganda and rhetoric, the next ploy is to attack and change the subject.

It doesn't change the fact that you have a union attitude that is destructive to the industry.

Accept the challenge

VOR, HSDriver, et all,

Would any one care to accept the challenge of translating Gardner's collard greens and black eyed peas into prim rib.

Gentlemen, regardless of your opinion of the his colloquial country fried speak he has a message that needs to get out and needs to be heard. Every word that is distributed to fight for our contract is worth being heard. For someone with the time and the skills translating his messages to a easer read might be fun and would certainly help us all to get his message.

Any takers?

Silver,
I already translated it once but I'll do it again:

DONT do overtime
DONT fly tired
DONT fly hungry
DONT carry write ups
DONT do anything illegal for or against the company

In all seriousness, we have too many pilots that can't grasp these simple concepts. If they did we would already have a contract.

easiest "prime rib" recipe ever

Driver, HS. "Ole Gardner Translation." 15MAR 2008. 7:33am ET The Hangar. Fractionals. FlightInfo.com

" DONT do overtime

---------------
What he said, plus one paragraph reminder WHY (for those who deleted all of the clutter speak), and Voila! More people onboard.
There's your "prime rib" and it's easy breezy if what you actually DO want to do is speed the process along.
