Offer from all of them, but who is the best as far as pay, upgrade and reserve. Any input will help. Thanks!

Yeah as far as upgrades go, I've heard that Eagle isn't great in that department, but that could all change anywhere.

I think everyone knows today's fast upgrade airline could be tomorrow's furloughed/no-upgrade airline.

As far as pay goes, I believe Eagle 1st year F/O pay at $23.51, with a 75 hr monthly guarantee (reserves). Even with work rules accounted for, that still beats some other airlines that start out at $19.02/hr. That's almost a $5 difference per hour.

SKW or CHQ, depending on where you want to live. I think SKW is a better operation, but it's not worth a long commute. Both appear to have reasonable upgrade opportunities.

Haul freight/corporate/135 and skip the Regionals alltogether. If I could do it all over again thats the way I'd go, but then again I hate F.A.'s,crappy pay, and large companies.

Asking whether you should go to Eagle, Skywest, or Republic, is like asking, "Should I drink Poison #1, Poison #2, or Poison #3 ?"

No matter which one you choose, you're still drinking poison.

If you had to choose based on current data you should choose Skywest. The trick is predicting what these carriers will look like in 2-3 years. Skywest has been a good bet for many years.

good luck

135 is not that great, I think you guys have been 121 to long. I'm tired of the night shi%^. I like to know what day time is again. Dose Eagle have a flow through?
