Hey, here's an idea. Next time you come across a thread named "XOJet Update" or anything else that doesn't match your definition of a fractional, skip over it and move onto the next thread. You may notice a drop in your blood pressure if such insignificant things as thread topics get you fired up. Go outside and get some fresh air!

Thank you for stating the obvious. Fortunatly I'm not so I am not looking at it from that angle. From where I sit 7/7 is better.

Didn't XOJet just hire a number of Citation X pilots from Swift out of PHX? Maybe those pilots are creating the log-jam...

My buddy said they hired almost all of them! Don't think that is the hold up though. I think it is the 1000 App's they have that they are sorting through

With the exception of our most recent new-hires, all of our Swift guys have already upgraded to captain. Cherry's got it right...there are just a lot of applications to go through.
