No, but it's a big help.

Yes, but we've hired plenty that didn't. King Air or Premier types won't get you far as we're not hiring into those airplanes.

No we don't. We've got 3 former 121ers that just finished Indoc last week.

United, America West, Continental, Skywest, Mesa, American Eagle, ASA, Polar...there may be others that I don't know of.

Could be more, could be less than 9 months. We just upgraded a guy who started in September that had no 135 or CE750 experience in the past several years.

SIC start at $52K, PICs start at 90 (pay during initial training is a percentage of that). Plenty of opportunity to make extra, if you want to. Extra days are paid at 1.5 times your normal day rate.
