Not too sure what to think about this topic. Had an XJT on my jumpseat DTW-TYS. Cool dude. African-american male. Furloughed CAL that flowed up years ago from XJT and is looking forward to going back to CAL sometime next year so as far as being racially biased...who knows? We all look for excuses because it's so much easier then just saying "I screwed up the interview/sim ride etc..."
