Two Presidential candidates - both born rich, both currently even richer.
Two Vice-Presidential candidates - both rich, one a Washington insider with shady ties to gov't contractors, one raised humbly and on his own accord became one of the richest ambulance chasers in the country.
I'm still waiting to hear what Kerry has to say, Bush-bashing aside. I honestly want to hear what he would have done different, and what he would do differently as President. As a member of the "Rock the Vote" generation, I'm going to make my own decisions based upon what each man can do for my career, family and country (not necessarily in that order).
I'm probably gonna vote Bush because he is a known quantity, where Kerry has been running behind the Michael Moore/Whoopi/New York Times "Bush must go" moniker. Such is VERY dangerous for the country - people not voting for what Kerry believes in, but for who he IS NOT. I don't like everything Bush has done, but I think he's taking us in the right direction. Anybody in cahoots with Hanoi Jane has 2 1/2 strikes against them already, IMO.
My career is NOT as important as the safety of my family and country, and the Dems are NOT the champion of the common man labor unions paint them to be.
Zell Miller for President!
