Weak at best.

Nope.... in addition, ALPA needs to flatten its economic distribution of contracts.

Should fellow ALPA pilots qualify for gov't assistance while senior pilots are enjoying the best of the best?

Take CAL for example.... 6 months of no health insurance? The disparity between fellow pilots is unreal.

Finally, Starting pay at regionals should be about 30-40K. At the majors 60-70K. This would reduce the need for a national seniority list. Many pilots that lose their jobs can't start over at 30K. However many can go from 100K to 60K.

It is time ALPA pilots stop acting like 57,000 independent contractors and start acting like the national union they desperately crave....

Look at this thread... starts out to be a Uncle Tilton issue then turn into pilot v. pilot....

Agreed!

thank you Rez-- one of the best posts i've read-and i couldn't agree more!
it's time to come together

and eaglesview-- it'll be a lot harder to do without you on board and seeing the big picture. apologies for the insults- but do you see the point? do you see how disenfranchising more than half of the legacy brand pilots has really destroyed the whole thing?
