C'mon, haven't we all seen the movie Airplane. What if both the Captain and the First Officer had the fish on that flight? ;)

Information on Flight 1215 -- including a list of crew's names -- had been removed from Continental's computer program within hours after the incident, said an airline employee who was not authorized to release information and requested anonymity.

Does CoEx use flight numbers like these? I thought they all started with 2000 or 3000. Another media screw up?

I think that signifies that they go to the A terminal in EWR. I think BOS, DCA, IAD, ORD, and DFW go out of "A." Normally you are correct they have 2000-3000 flight #'s.

Followed by the inevitable drooling...

A positive shot in the arm... PILOTS HAVE VALUE!!! Great job....

If I were a betting man, the incapacitation might have been the dreaded kidney stone...... Seen it buckle a pilot or 2 prior to flight.

Glad a cool hand was at the throttles...

Picked up a flight in SJC one day and the female captain came out of the cockpit saying they had to shut down an engine because of loss of oil landing single engine. Didn't think much of it until the FO came out, also a woman, so I said "Two women pilots flying a big jet plane on one engine landed and everybody survived?" She just smiled and said "Superior airmanship and cun_ing."
