Didn't Delta learn not to sell stuff that can be turned around and used against them from the DC-9's and ValueJet debacle?

If Delta is serious about selling off assets before going into bankruptcy, they are waaaaay dumber than I thought!

IF it did happen, any guesses on how long it will take for Skywest to become unionized? One year? Two?

I would think Delta would be wise to sell off assets before they go into bankruptcy. If you were mgt. and did not do this you could be up for some lawsuits by PO's shareholders and creditors.
