It will happen as soon as Horton can calculate the value of his golden parachute. It has to be AT LEAST $50 million for it to be interesting for him. Otherwise, no dice...

This will be strike three for parker, first DL, then UA, and now AA. No more big legacy's to merge with, maybe US will grow the old fashioned way, slow planned growth and good customer service and treating employees a bit better.
