US Airways hiring in PIT

Looks like US Airways is hiring in PIT anyone know why?
QQL,Pay,Interview anyone?

I guess in this economy stability?

I'd be REALLY surprised if they are....I just spoke to someone in dispatch recently and they said they still had some people on furlough. Not impossible, though; maybe they anticipate more need than just those waiting for recall. I will ask a couple of friends and see what's going on. There is a lot of talk about pilot & F/A hiring, so maybe....

Have all the furloughees been at least offered recall?

My contacts say that only 2 were left on furlough; one went to AirTran, and the other failed to requalify. Add to that a some retirements and a couple that went to the FAA, and they will need a few new people around.
