I honestly don't know. I don't waste my free time researching company quotes on record. Why is the DOH thing back in court again? Would seem as if it were date of hire or west wouldn't be so sad right now.

I would not say anyone on the west side is sad. I think the mood over here is energized since the 4th's ruling. Fund raising is going well to support active and pending legal action.
