I'm not familiar with this incident, but I did get notification of a Partial Gear Down landing in EWR. Coincidence?

Paul Lasiuk from Chicago was on the plane.
"I've had bumpier landings here in Newark... The pilot did a great job," he said.

On approach the plane was hit by a stray bullet from the gang wars below. The fuel leaked out.
