In our defense, most of the delays are caused by our pilot's inability to use the radio. See, they are very complex, and since most of us came straight from Flight Safety

That is interesting. I thought it was because the pilots were too slow cleaning the plane. I did not figure incompetence in being able to maintain radio contact would affect a flight in this manner. But you do make good points. Now how does you guys finally having to pay for maintenance factor into the equation?
