That's right. We're not a democracy. We never have been. Otherwise, every single bill ever proposed would be voted on my the entire population. We are a Representative Republic. The lack of civics education in U.S. public indoctrinati......er, schools is one of the major reasons we're in this mess.

Unrestricted and Restricted Cash​

The company expects to end the third quarter with an unrestricted cash balance of approximately $2.6 billion.
