Eagle, you're incorrect my friend. No sacred snapshot has been taken that we'll see used in SLI or anything. The last one was in Oct 2010 and they'll be another and another. It's an agreed upon snapshot, that if not agreed upon, the mediator or arbitrator will decide. Each side will argue to the arbitrator why this or why that snapshot should be used. Your argument of the number of widebodies that UAL has versus what we have is pointless. The whole thing is one BIG mess that will be decided by an arbitrator that we are powerless to control. CAL will make their arguments and UAL will be theirs. We need to focus on a JCBA that's good for the whole pilot group. Our fight is with management, not ourselves. I think once we get past this chest thumping and posturing, we'll see that this is just wasted energy.
