Will be interesting to see what happens, since the Master D0uche Bill Baer stated that it is (almost) impossible to settle.
 
Baer has some outs though. He can blame the government shutdown and say they didn't have enough time to prepare. At least he'll get some concessions instead of losing the trial and getting nothing.
 
Rumor has it DoJ isn't too happy having Doug as the supreme commander of a combined US/AA.

So now the government can say who can and can't run businesses?
