well with the current president's precedent they can simply ignore the will of the majority and go against it. after all those old f@#$'s flying after 60 can thank there extra years on the top of the food chain to this blatant disregard.

Failed arguement. Congress changed the law, not ALPA. The issue you speak of was ALPA's involvment in the process...

The TWA lawsuit is entirely different....

the TWA pilots thru their MEC gave up thier CBA rights to sen list intergration...... somehow you guys think that current ALPA pilots should pay for that. Pilots that were still in high school at the time.

Fund your own mistakes. That is what the rest of us do.....

YOUR MEC waived your contractual rights. This is free market enterprise, where there are winners and losers. You guys lost. You believe you have a smoking gun in that Woerth opined about your mindset on the issue and that National was looking to acquire the APA......

We'll see how the lawsuit plays out....

In the mean time have the stones to say your MEC made a choice you have a hard time living with and you expect the next generation of ALPA pilots to pay for the realities of the free market....

No reason to get upset, Rez. These idiots aren't going to cost you a dime, because their lawsuit is completely without merit. They'll waste incredible amounts of their own money on legal fees, and then they'll be left with nothing to show for it. Just like the RJDC wankers.
