Only Eagle can fly the CRJ700, I am not sure of the number (22 I think) but that is all the CRJ700 that are allowed in the American system.

We have 25 with the option to get 25 more.

What I don't understand is that we were short on captains before they downgrade, no we are going to be short on FOs. We ought to have a clause in our next contract that prohibits them from junioring people while there are guys on furlough.
