I was going to say the same thing. If we are going to split hairs over Americans whose families migrated here in the 17, 18, and 19th centuries, and who have had generations brought up in this country by saying they need to go back to Europe, then "Native" Americans need to walk back over that land bridge to Asia, because they technically are not "native" either. Splitting hairs and all, 10,000 years, or 200. Whats the cutoff point when you can call yourself a native american? Personally, i'm of German and Irish DESCENT. Never been to either place. It has been proven that if you are any sort of caucasian, you can only be Native to Europe, not North America. Your ancestors were obviously a royal family. Some accounts have them rendered as petty thieves and no accounts. It just depends on which book you read from. Oh i'm not debating that. Infact, i'm not debating anything. I'm just curious about this little grey area. Personally I feel that anyone born here, and a citizen here is an American. If I were to migrate from England, China, Laos personally, then I would be an immagrant. But my kids, born here after my arrival, would be Americans.

Thats is a very good point. A gentelman from Queens recently ( I believe it was Queens ) caught some black dude breaking into his car. This White guys whips the black guys ass with a baseball bat ( not killing him ) and is over heard using the "N" word in the process. Now you can tell from the news footage this white guy was the furthest thing from a racist, Klan member, Nazi, whatever. His defense was that said word is street slang these days, which I feel it has become that. The prosecuter from NY never the less charged him with a hate crime, and he recieved 20 years.
