I guess if you got the $$$ and the time. Will be of less help if you get hired on and get assigned an ERJ. Or a Saab 340 (etc). The hardest part for me was the automation (flight director, autopilot), different avionics, and the two pilot cockpit. Nothing insurmountable, but previous exposure would have helped. The EFIS tubes are a bit different, but you get used to that fast (and you will NEVER want to go back to round guages again).
