I got stuck behind an LCC east 757 going 1kt off of 8 taxiing to the B gates in Phoenix. That was several months ago though.

It was actually on taxi in from landing on 26, not 8. It took awhile to get to the gate. It was so slow I could have probably done a full alignment without any problem.

Putz calls my Chief Pilot and asks him if it's ok to buy my passengers pizza on a weather delay. Mind you, he is asking? to jumpseat.

Two great things happened.

Prior to re-planing, he got Voicemail instead of my chief.
After re-planing, the agent came down with the most excellent news there was an empty seat in the back.

If I never see this guy again it will be too soon.
